By accessing Market Riddle (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Market Riddle presents factual data derived from public SEC EDGAR filings, together with rankings and derived analytics. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Filing data may contain errors originating from the filer or the source system; we do not warrant its accuracy or completeness.

3. Not investment advice

Nothing on Market Riddle constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should verify information against original filings.

4. Accounts & subscriptions

Some features require an account and a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, overload, scrape at scale, resell, or misrepresent the Service, and to comply with all applicable laws and the API terms where an API is provided.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Riddle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from reliance on the data.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
