About Market Riddle
Market Riddle turns raw SEC filings into a clear, searchable record of who is buying and selling — corporate insiders (Forms 3, 4 and 5) and large institutions (13F, 13D and 13G). Every trade is normalized, ranked by conviction and size, and presented on beautiful per-company and per-filer pages.
Where the data comes from
All factual filing data is sourced directly from the SEC's EDGAR system. We store each filing byte-for-byte before parsing, and we respect EDGAR's access rules. Market Riddle redistributes only public, factual filing data.
What it is not
Market Riddle is an information tool, not investment advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Filings can contain errors; always verify against the original source before acting.
Who's behind it
Market Riddle is an independent project. Questions or feedback? Reach us at [email protected].
