Billing data: subscription status is handled by our Merchant of Record (Paddle); we never see or store your full card details. Usage data: standard server logs and aggregate analytics.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, deliver alerts you configure, process subscriptions, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Processors

We rely on trusted processors including WorkOS (authentication), Paddle (payments), and an email delivery provider for alerts. Each processes data only as needed to provide their part of the Service.

4. Public filing data

Information about corporate insiders and institutions shown on Market Riddle comes from public SEC filings and is not personal data that we collect from you.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account data, and unsubscribe from alerts at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Retention & security

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
